The Under-Told Stories Project works to expand, sustain and improve coverage of the world outside America in broadcast, print and emerging new media outlets. One of their challenges is to direct American eyes to the daily concerns of far away people who increasingly affect our lives. The project seeks to reawaken the generous curiosity of Americans about a world we can no longer ignore.
Under-Told Stories came to Gorton Studios seeking an effective platform to share their award-winning journalism - but to do so within a very tight budget. We delivered an attractive site based on the Drupal platform which allows them to post videos from a variety of sources (PBS, YouTube, Vimeo and others), blog, post images and cross-link years worth of reporting based on the topics and locations being covered.
