Drupal is an open source Content Management System (CMS). It is written in PHP and runs on most web servers without any fuss.
Gorton Studios leverages the power of Drupal to build flexible, scalable and easy-to-update sites for our clients. We have written several CMS systems, tried many others (open source and commercially licensed) and have found that in features, power and ease of customization, few packages can match Drupal (well, none, actually). It turns out that our judgment on the matter has been validated by others as well; organizations as disparate as The White House, Ozzy Osbourne, Popular Science, The Grammys, The Economist and a LOT of other organizations have come to the same conclusion and use Drupal to run their websites.
We also happen to believe in Drupal enough to build our own site with it, and we try to be good corporate citizens by supporting the Drupal project through time, code and financial contributions.
